• Very silky and well-integrated wines, shaped by the strong currents they have been exposed to.
• Includes a free automated online tasting.
• Extraction from the sea: 18/11/2024
• Limited edition: 4.750 units.
• Production: 6 months of underwater aging.
• Single-varietal wine: Pure marine soul. A wine based on the grape, in which the sea contributes its maximum evolutionary expression.
• White grapes from old bush vines located on the Spanish Mediterranean coast, made with a high-alcohol varietal, typical of the area, which gives it a very interesting acidity for our winemaking process.
• Packaging: Each bottle comes with a designer case and tasting notes. The illustrations depict the species found in our underwater cellar.
• Each bottle of underwater wine is unique: No two are alike. Each bottle of Crusoe Treasure tells its own story.
• If your Crusoe Treasure bottle is more opaque, with encrustations, it's because it has lived in a more protected area, surrounded by relative calm, where the small fish that inhabit the reef-cellar hide.
• If you receive a cleaner bottle, it's because it has lived in a wild location, subjected to the fury of the Cantabrian Sea, which erodes it with such force and intensity that encrustations are more difficult to achieve; there, only the strongest can survive and improve.
• In either case, Crusoe Treasure wines reach their maximum evolutionary expression during their underwater aging process.
• This wine belongs to the sea by origin, given its maturation system through underwater aging. Its origin is of the highest quality, following our winemaking standards.  
• Due to our underwater aging process, this wine is outside of any Denomination of Origin.
• During the winemaking process, we do not use animal-based fining agents.
• Alcohol Content: 13.5% Vol.
